1. OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the shipment and delivery of products purchased through elunalabs.com (the “Website”). By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of Elunalabs’s Terms and Conditions.
2. SHIPPING REGIONS
Elunalabs ships to addresses located in the United States (all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses) and Canada (all provinces and territories). International shipping to other countries may be available for select products and will be indicated at checkout.
Elunalabs reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain regions or addresses at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, or carrier service limitations.
3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in Canada and the United States. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high demand (including but not limited to product launches, promotional events, and holiday seasons), processing times may be extended. Elunalabs will make reasonable efforts to process all orders promptly but does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
4.1 United States
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within five (5) to ten (10) business days after shipment. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within two (2) to five (5) business days after shipment (where available). Priority/Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within one (1) to three (3) business days after shipment (where available).
4.2 Canada
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days after shipment, depending on the destination province or territory. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within five (5) to ten (10) business days after shipment (where available). Delivery times for Canadian orders may be extended due to customs processing, inspections, or carrier delays at the border.
4.3 International
For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States and Canada, estimated delivery times vary by country and carrier. International shipments may take ten (10) to thirty (30) business days or more. International delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
All estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed by Elunalabs. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside of Elunalabs’s control.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the delivery destination, the weight and dimensions of the order, and any applicable promotions or free shipping thresholds. Elunalabs may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping offers, if available, will be applied automatically at checkout or through a promotional code, and may be subject to minimum order requirements, geographic restrictions, or other conditions as disclosed at the time of the offer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in the event of a return, exchange, or order cancellation (unless the return is the result of an error by Elunalabs).
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within five (5) business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk email folder first, and then contact our Customer Support team at support@elunalabs.com.
Elunalabs is not responsible for tracking information that is delayed, inaccurate, or not updated by the shipping carrier.
7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Carrier delivery confirmation (including electronic confirmation, scan data, or GPS-verified delivery) shall be deemed conclusive proof of delivery to the address provided by you, even without a physical signature. You agree that such confirmation constitutes sufficient evidence of delivery for purposes of resolving disputes, including chargebacks, claims of non-delivery, or refund requests.
If you reside in an apartment, condominium, or multi-unit building, packages may be left with a building concierge, front desk, mailroom, or in a designated package area. Elunalabs is not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation has been recorded by the carrier.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout, including your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, province/state, postal/zip code, country, and phone number. Elunalabs is not responsible for orders that are delayed, undeliverable, lost, or returned to sender due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by you.
If you discover an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team at support@elunalabs.com immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update your shipping information before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered the fulfillment process. If a package is returned to Elunalabs due to incorrect shipping information, re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.
9. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title to and risk of loss of all products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. Elunalabs is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of products that occurs after the products have been delivered to the carrier for shipment.
10. UNDELIVERABLE AND RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to Elunalabs by the carrier as undeliverable (including due to incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed packages, or expired hold periods), Elunalabs may, at its sole discretion: reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply); issue a refund to the original payment method, less the original shipping charges and any return-to-sender fees incurred; or hold the package for a reasonable period pending your instructions.
Elunalabs is not obligated to reship undeliverable packages free of charge. If you do not contact Elunalabs within thirty (30) days of the package being returned, the order may be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
11. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Products shipped to Canadian customers from the United States may be subject to Canadian customs duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), applicable provincial sales taxes (PST/QST), and brokerage or handling fees charged by the shipping carrier or customs broker. Products shipped to international destinations may be subject to similar customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price, shipping fees, or any other charges assessed by Elunalabs at checkout. Elunalabs makes no representations regarding the applicability, amount, or timing of any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be assessed on your shipment. Elunalabs is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or inspection.
By placing an order for delivery to a Canadian or international address, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges.
12. SHIPPING DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
Elunalabs shall not be liable for any shipping delays or failures to deliver caused by circumstances beyond Elunalabs’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God or natural disasters; severe weather conditions; pandemics or public health emergencies; labor disputes, strikes, or work stoppages; supply chain disruptions; governmental actions, regulations, or restrictions (including customs holds, import/export restrictions, or actions by Health Canada or the FDA); war, terrorism, or civil unrest; carrier service disruptions, outages, or capacity limitations; and internet service or payment processor failures.
In the event of a shipping delay caused by force majeure, Elunalabs will make reasonable efforts to notify you and will fulfill your order as soon as reasonably practicable after the delay has been resolved.
13. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please: check with neighbors, building management, or household members; check any secondary delivery locations (back door, garage, porch, mailroom); and contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you are unable to locate your package, please contact our Customer Support team at support@elunalabs.com within fourteen (14) days of the delivery confirmation date. Elunalabs will review your claim and may, at its sole discretion, reship the order or issue a refund. Elunalabs reserves the right to require a signed affidavit or police report before processing claims for lost or stolen packages. Elunalabs is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation has been recorded by the carrier.
14. P.O. BOX AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
Elunalabs may ship to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States via USPS. However, certain products or shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box or military addresses. If your order cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or military address, you will be notified and may be asked to provide an alternative street address.
15. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact our Customer Support team at support@elunalabs.com as soon as possible. Because we frequently ship the same day that orders are placed, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be accommodated once the order has entered the fulfillment process. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and will be subject to the standard return and refund provisions of Elunalabs’s Return and Refund Policy.
16. CANADIAN CONSUMER PROTECTION
For Canadian customers, nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation regarding the delivery of goods purchased through internet agreements, including any rights to cancel an order or receive a refund where delivery does not occur within the timeframe disclosed at the time of purchase or within thirty (30) days of the order date (or such other period as may be prescribed by applicable provincial law). Where mandatory consumer protection rights apply, those rights shall prevail over this Policy.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein for Canadian residents and transactions, and by the laws of the applicable U.S. state for U.S. residents and transactions. This Policy is subject to Elunalabs’s Terms and Conditions.
