2. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Our Customer Support team is available to assist you with questions regarding orders, products, shipping, returns, refunds, subscription management, and general inquiries.

Our Customer Support team is available Monday through Friday. We aim to respond to all inquiries within three (3) to five (5) business days. During periods of high volume (product launches, promotional events, holiday seasons), response times may be slightly longer.
When contacting Customer Support, please include: your full name; your order number (if applicable); the email address associated with your account; and a detailed description of your inquiry or concern. Providing this information will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
3. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
If you are enrolled in an Elunalabs subscription plan and wish to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription, you may: log into your account on elunalabs.com and use the subscription management portal; email support@elunalabs.com with your order number and request; or use the third-party subscription management portal identified in your order confirmation email.
To avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next billing date.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
For return and refund requests, please email support@elunalabs.com with: your order number; the product(s) you wish to return; the reason for your return request; and photographs of the product if it was received damaged or defective. 9. ANTI-SPAM AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing emails or commercial electronic messages from Elunalabs, you may: use the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email; or email support@elunalabs.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe”. In accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), unsubscribe requests will be processed within ten (10) business days.
If you wish to opt out of SMS/text message communications, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message received from Elunalabs.
10. BUSINESS HOURS
Elunalabs’s Customer Support team operates Monday through Friday. All times and response commitments are based on Eastern Time (ET). Elunalabs’s offices are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Family Day (Ontario), Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday (Ontario), Labour Day, Thanksgiving (Canada), Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
